Cupid

I knitted these using my own Andersson method and utilizing the Mach II heel. I used KnitPicks 2.25mm circular needles, each sock knitted on it's own needle simultaneously. The yarn is from a German supermarket named Globus. Very cheap and food quality. 75% wool 25% nylon. The stitch pattern is a modification of a stich design I did for a sweater that was my first design published in a magazine, Machine Knitting Monthly.

Great socks! But about that yarn -- what do you mean by "food quality"? Good enough to eat, as they say??

Beautiful socks, Colin! Are you going to publish the pattern anywhere?
And who says real men don't wear pink? :)

Oh Colin - I REALLY, REALLY like your new Cupid Socks. Are you into sharing your pattern ? It's a gorgeous design. Best wishes, Nancy

I like the socks. It's a nice pattern - not so fussy that you can't just wear them as plain socks, and not so plain that they are boring.

You do such excellent work. Yes, please share the pattern somewhere.

Pink is a legitimate color - for anyone. So there!

Kelly, the poodle, and Jade, the white pussy, both approve.

By the way, Jim wears what some guys think of as "girly" colors. He says, well ... F@@@ 'em.

Love the socks!!! What a great color and the pattern is wonderful, you should publish it. I saw you knit them on circs but each on his own, why not two at the same time????
