Iris Moon said she couldn't imagine me 40lbs heavier. well here I am 50 lbs heavier. The picture was taken in Sisteron, France. I had already lost some 60lbs. I maintained that for 4 years before the recent 40lb weight loss.

You looked wonderful then, too! I do not post much on the groups, but read them everyday. I have been worried about you. You are an inspiration to so many whether you believe it or not. You have come through so much pain and suffering and that gives hope to others. I cannot imagine how difficult that was, but know this, you are loved by many and most of us consider you to be family. Take care.
You seem to have the kind of frame that is absorbs weight nicely. Mothergoose is right, you looked good then, too.
I'm sure your joints and heart are happy to be at your current weight. Some of the reasons you've lost the weight are sad, but you can still reap the benefits.
In a previous post, you mentioned that you looked in the mirror before leaving the house and said you were a good-looking man. You are.

I remember you now Colin,did you used to wear a hat at times,i think you look great on both pictures.
