This is my own design, knitted using one 80 cm KnitPicks circular needle, size 2.25mm.
The yarn is Regia Silk in colour 032. The yarn is 55% merino, 25% Nylon and 20% Silk.
I think it has a lovely handle and was easy to knit, which is just as well as this pattern was not so easy!
I knit toe up, used the Andersson Heel, and as in common with all my socks, I had no idea what it would be until the toe was done.
Another long stretch, but hoping to be more regular

Lovely design Colin, very well done. Beautiful heel as always.
they really are lovely.

Lovely!
Gorgeous socks, will the pattern be available? I would knit these in a minute.
Wow! That design is really awesome! Thanks for sharing with us. :-)
Very, very nice job!!!
Ab-fab! Just one question - why "Tarantino"? Sorry for being such a dullard but the only film I could think of at the moment was "Kill Bill" and since William is not your name that didn't work. At any rate, you did a beautiful job on the sock. Congrats. Robby
Very nifty! I adore that color.
Very nice! I just used your Andersson heel for the first time myself. I was suprised at how it looked on the needle, but the fit is quite nice.
I love these socks! I just discovered the fun of doing cuffs with the toe-up sock (I should explain I hate doing cuffs top-down...too much fiddling with the needles & all). I really appreciate the closeup shots too--I am planning on "designing" my first pair and was wondering how the pattern would work around the gusset/instep area--thank you sooo much for clarifying it for me :-)
really gorgeous......inspirational!
Gorgeous socks. You do beutifull work!
Those are really nice socks. It's amazing to me that you are able to make up those designs on the fly.
great job colin, can,t wait to see this design in a sweater
Your socks are so beautiful! I love the way they fit so perfectly.

Colin, you rock! Those are gorgeous!!!

Hi - VERY nice socks - I hope we see a pattern. I am curious about the name - Tanrantino? Can you share what it is about? I have several possible associations for Tarantino but none for Tanrantino. Thanks! kabira501 at yahoo dot com
You are the sock king, Colin! Lovely pattern and execution!
Beautiful socks, Colin! I wish my socks looked as nice as yours! The yarn is always prettier in someone else's knitting bag!
Absolutely wonderful work, beautiful stitching, pattern and yarn.
They are absolutely perfect, Colin.
Such a handsome toe, overall design and heel. I love the heel.
Oh Colin! LOVELY!!! Especially like the name:)
So when are you writing that book??? HMMMMM!!!!!????? (Don't mind me, just a pushy NYer...)
indeed what a beautiful sock!
those are absolutely beautiful - and it was lovely to get a good review
of Regia silk - I've just got some :)
what a gorgeous pattern.....you're a very talented man. Lovely shade,
too.....a nice rich plummy magenta; isn't it good to work with pretty
colours?
Right, I'm off to assemble the makings for my Regia silk socks.....
Wow, Colin, those are fan*******tastic socks. The colour on my monitor
looks good enough to eat, and the pattern is superb.
Colin,
Those are just beautiful socks! Thanks for sharing them. You are just amazing!

I made something a bit like this a while ago and I have to admit I did not like to purl that much (my purl stitches are a bit loose).
Yours look lovely, especially in that warm red. I love Regia Silk.
Really nice, well done Colin. You are really talented
Yet another wonderful pair of socks!!! You are a very talented sock knitter! I'll bet it's fun to design as you go. Great Job!!!
Gorgeous socks, as always! I love the name, it takes me back to a little pizza place in California that had one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten...and I've eaten plenty!
beautiful socks Colin.....Love the color and the pattern....As usual you have outdone yourself.....
Colin,
Good choice in color. It shows the stitch definition beautifully! How do
they feel in shoes?
....Tina
Colin - your socks are beautiful! Do you per chance hand out your patterns?
Awesome socks!! Thanks for sharing.
Stacey
Collin, the socks are really pretty and thankyou so much for posting instructions for the heel. I usually turn any toe up sock into a cuff down pattern because I don't like short row heels, but his one is easy and attractive and will fit nicely. Thankyou. Your instruction are really clear and understandable
Priscilla
Colin,
I've been lurking on your blog for some time now....you are SOOOO
talented!! I just have to tell you I love those socks!
Gorgeous!
Colin - I love this honeycomb pattern. Another job well done.

As always, these are beautiful! Hopefully, with practice, I can become half the knitter you are!
Really great pattern. Will it be available? I'd love to knit them.
Colin, Beautiful sock as always. I have yet to try
the toe up sock because I have found my comfort zone
with the cuff down sock. But, I will some day!
Wow Colin, I'm just speechless. I think I want to try the heel next sock I knit. It just looks incredibly neat. Take care and give all the pups a big kiss for me.
I love the colour of those socks and the design is beautiful! Well done!! :)
Colin
Those socks are exquisite. I think they are my favorite ones yet.
Congratulations on a terrific design! Really beautiful.
Another awesome sock design Colin. BRAVO!
stunning! Love the pattern.
Colin, great pattern, and lovely socks as usual, get well and enjoy your holiday!!
