Whoopeee!

I awoke this morning after a good night's sleep, an early one too, was asleep by 11.5pm.

Let the dogs out, let them in, fed them, then came up here to do my banking and email. With my coffee of course.

Anyway, within a couple of minutes, I had to go to the little room and it seems everything is back to normal. Phew! I was not looking forward to Scotland and this long long trip if I was still having those problems. Especially as I am staying to night at a friends home. I don't know about you, but I prefer my own bed. Even hotels are not the same for me. When we go away, I always have trouble sleeping.

IT HAS BEEN 7 WEEKS TODAY SINCE I QUIT SMOKING!!!!

Hi, Colin. Just popping by to repay your visit to my blog It is good to have visitors and to know who they are, so I thought I should do the civilised thing :-)

Have a great time in Scotland. Hope you do get some sleep. Oh, and many congratulations on the not-smoking thing. It's a great achievement.

Well done that man! I've never smoked, but I had a drag once when I was 19, and sometimes when I'm really stressed I think, "Oh, I could murder a fag" - that's how addictive it is! Apparently even more addictive than heroin. So well done you!

Hope your stomach behaves itself in Scotland!
