These are socks I have made for John. He chose the colour, much to my surprise. Much easier than black or grey. The tracker pattern is my own. I used my Andersson Toe Up Construction Method with the Mach II Heel (revised). I knit them both on Knit Pro circs, 2.25mm size. They are knitted over 80 sts
John's foot is an inch longer than mine, and it is my feet that are modelling them, thus the position of the heel is not right.
I am happy with these and intend knitting myself a pair in a bright colour.

Nice socks!
That's an interesting stitch pattern. I'm most impressed John has broken out of his gray/black rut. Isn't it amazing what hand knit socks can do?
.. great socks and I love the color..
Oh wow!!! Love the colour, and the pattern is super. Might not work so well on tiny size 4 socks like I wear... but maybe I could think of designing my own pattern that would work. I hope John enjoys wearing these.
LOL, "knit a pair for me in a bright colour" some would argue these blue socks are rather bright LOL, They are lovely though. You have the patience of a saint I think to knit all those cables.
Those are very handsome socks! My John also picks black, brown, navy or gray and I would be so excited to knit him something in a lovely blue like that.
Beautiful work as always.
Oh, the socks are wonderful!!!
Love the color and pattern!
Once again Collin, another neat sock!!! Beth
Oh, Colin, these are seriously beautiful! Any chance you might publish
the pattern? Not the whole sock, just that glorious pattern........Thanks
