Oh, Colin, you caught Rothenburg perfectly! I can't believe you actually had empty streets and not too many tourists! (They must all still have been in Italy and Spain.) Beautiful pictures.
Wow, Colin, Rothenburg is really a lovely place. Not as ornate as some of the others, but very comfortable looking. I want to go there.
I hope you get to feeling a bit better soon.
We went to Rothenburg a couple years ago. I think that's where we bought some pastries called "Snellballen" or something like that (snowballs). They were SO good. I thought I'd be able to buy the forms to make them and get a recipe once we got home, but no such luck! Great pictures. I have some of the same views, but more people in them. Melinda
Really enjoy looking at your Rothenburg pics, what an interesting place - thanks Colin!
Hi Colin,
What beautiful pictures of a beautiful town. They really give you a feel for what it's like in Europe. I used to think I would be fortunate enough to see it myself, I know now that isn't meant to be, but seeing it through other folks eyes really lets me appreciate the beauty of it. Thanks for sharing :)
