I can certainly relate to her frustration. After being an IT repair person for eight years, I get completely bonkers when a third or fourth person wants me to unplug all the wires from the back of my equipment, yet again! This would be fine if that's all that was plugged in back there, I suppose.
If they want you to keep plugging and unplugging, they should put the connections in the blasted FRONT!
Most of the technicians don't have a clue. What's more, if you get three different techs, they'll be three different routines, even while they tell you they have a written "procedure" to follow.
If I'd behaved that way, I'd have lost my job.
