Thanks for linking to this, Colin - I have started to follow his blog - he's in the middle of conservative country down there in Norfolk! Of course I couldn't help but comment, LOL:)!
I don't even know what to say. I feel awful about the children involved, and disgusted that this man abused his position of trust.
