We brought Charlie back from Munich. John found him asleep in the market square and thought we should give him a home. He must have been exhausted as the poor thing has been asleep ever since.
We rescued reefer from the local drug den. He still hasn't 'come down'.
This is Mouse, the daughter of Alice. Looking regal.
This is Mouse laying it on with a trowel.
Another long stretch, but hoping to be more regular

Charlies looks very content in his new home. All the dog pictures are very cute - and reefer makes me laugh!
Oh Colin ,Charlie is so adorable ..Reefer what a great name ! I am sure Charlie has struck lucky .Best wishes, angie.
I think I'm falling in love with Mouse!
Colin,
Just checked out your blogspot. The puppies are adorable...well,
except maybe for "Reefer." The "97 trip" was hilarious! Glad to know
that you survived a trip over here to the colonies. We're a crazy
bunch, but fairly harmless.
I'm not going to show my son Mouse. He has a thing about "hairy daschunds(or weiner dogs!)" as they are known in our house. I'm sure he would want to know if he could come and live with us...
Ooooh, I just love it when you feature the fur-babies! Even the fake ones, hee-hee. You have such a great sense of humor. Loved 'hearing' about your trip over here to the States, too. What an adventure!

P.S. the reason that the machine is acting up is "because" you are trying to work on a commission piece. Happened to at least one of my sewing machines every time I tried to make an exceptionally fancy wedding gown. Glad I'm not in that business anymore.lol
Make sure to keep us updated on Charlie. Lots of pics, he's adorable!
Dear Colin
You have a big kind heart. Charlie is very lucky to have crossed your path.
God bless.
