CHRISTOPHER'S SOCKS

These are knitted for a friend. I used a generic yarn I bought form a German supermarket called Globus. I used Knit Pro (Knit Picks) 2.25mm circular needles. The sock is constructed using The Andersson Toe Up Construction Method, utilizing the Mach II heel and a 1x 1 ribbed gusset.

I love colour's in these socks. I wish I had sock blockers are they really important.

Love the bright colors! (even if they are generic and not your hand-dyed yarn)

Those came out pretty cool looking! I love the way the stripes swoop around by the heel.

These are just gorgeous...and they are not even my colors...and the fact that the stripes match perfectly on the 2 socks just blows me awa...I can NEVER get that to happen- no matter how hard I try. Yeah, Colin!

At least I THOUGHT the stripes matched...on second look I see they don't - they just LOOK that way...Awesome :-0

Cool... I like the socks....
What do I do to read about the Andersson Method... and your heel construction... I joined yahoogroups about a year ago and saw the comments on your Christopher socks which led me to your blog. You are an elegant and dashing figure in that pink hat!!!
Do let me know about the above... I would like to learn.
