The hem is narrower than body. I increased evenly by 18 sts on both front and back. I used 200 needles and got a width of 66cm(26"). The length is 75cm(29.5").

Beautiful, beautiful knitting.
I enjoy your blog too.
It's stunning!!! Love black and red and gray!
Colin,
That is absolutely stunning. How long did it take you to make?
Connie
Hi Colin,
I love this one! Much better than the first version. Very nice collar
details and it definitely needed a ribbed hem.
Very nice job!
I so need to get my fine gauge knitting machine set up! I love that sweater! Just wonderful!
Dear Colin
Your work is excellent!! Just so perfect. I love it.
Naomi
Hi Colin!
Your Norwegian sweater is beautiful. Your work is so well executed and well finished. Did you knit this sweater in fairisle or double jacquard?
Sheila
Very, very pretty Colin. I love the colour combination and how it works so
well with your pattern. Congratulations on yet another excellent sweater.

Love the sweater. Your website is cool also. I always read your stuff when I go there. Never be afraid to say what you feel. And keep knitting all that beautiful stuff. How long did the sweater take you?
It' a wonderful design, Colin.

Hi Colin,
As usual, your newest garment is wonderful. I love the fiber blend too.
Happy Knitting, Ileen
Wow, that looks like a shop-bought sweater (and I mean that in the nicest way!). My output is still at the stage where it looks amateur (partly 'cause I'm impatient when finishing) - thanks for giving me something to aspire to!
Hi Sweetie. So sorry, just found the email I wrote back to you (on xmas morning, sipping red bubbly!) in my sodding outbox which has obviously ceased to work properly. Bugger.
Cannot email now at all so having to clog the comments, sorry.
Hope you guys are well and love the image of you in Mary-Beth's undies! Agree totally with your BB stuff. Never cease to be amazed by people's double standards. Rudeness, and sadly, CASUAL rudeness is a modern blight. My fondest salutations to you and your good gentlman, I bid you farewell sir! (lol my attempt to turn back the politeness clock!) Love Sal xxx
ps just trying my firt pait of EZ's Moccasin socks - weirdly wonderful so far!!!
Oh, Colin, I love it! It's absolutely gorgeous.
