It did my heart so much good to see the marriages of some of my dearest and long time friends. My ex-husband's cousin can finally -- after almost 40 years -- legally marry the woman she has been with and with whom she raised a fabulous son. Her son, who is now 35, was there standing up for both of them. Happy, happy, happy.Irisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14603206.post-21203781118359757552013-06-15T09:58:53.375+01:002013-06-15T09:58:53.375+01:00Iris-it wasn';t that so much as I was filling ...Iris-it wasn';t that so much as I was filling my head with reading hateful articles that I jhad trylu come to beliebve that the majojority fompeople were hateful bigots. I suppose I thought I had something to add. I learned, after a while, that other people felt exactly as I did and rarely did any of us change the other's mind. It's really not the forum to do this, I guess. Online "discussions" are so difficult. We have no cues, no expressions, no human interaction. I still have the urge. Most of the time, I refrain.Irisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14603206.post-46222400509038972962013-06-05T20:48:04.968+01:002013-06-05T20:48:04.968+01:00Possibly because we are conditioned to feel taking...Possibly because we are conditioned to feel taking drugs is wrong...a sign of weakness and lack of control?? I don't know, but I think you should keep doing what you're doing so that you can enjoy your life. You have suffered for so many years, it's time to enjoy some level of peace of mind, if that's possible as well as being pain free. Do what makes you feel good and able to live your life. xxmidnightvelvethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12593572003440816742noreply@blogger.com
