Let others help you take care of your body so that you can take care of your mind and your spirit. I am sure that you will find new ways to deal with the adversity that comes from your illnesses. Don't blame yourself for being overwhelmed - even when some of the changes/upheavals have been desirable (like the house renovations etc). I know I often default back to old programming in stressful situations or when things are going too well - feeling like things will crash suddenly or that I don't deserve it.
